Professor French assigned a large amount of homework for Stats, but none of it was graded so it was more of a learning/study guide as you progress. It's time intensive but prepares you for the tests. She is always accessible and goes out of her way to make sure you learn everything you need to know.

I took this course over the summer in 2014 and found the workload to be reasonable and fair. She provides clear guidance & expectations on her team assignments, midterm final exam. She grades fairly and you can reason with her. She responds promptly to emails, phone calls, and is accessible. I had a positive experience & would give it thumbs up.

Very helpful IF you ask questions. She adjusts to your schedule and doesn't treat you like an idiot. Her videos can be a little hard to follow, but she makes up for it when you take the time to ask questions. She gives great feedback and plenty of opportunities to get decent grades. She rewards those who work hard.

This was an online course so there was no problem with her talking too much. Instead she gives very thorough chapter notes for you to study, which I found very helpful. She makes it very obvious what you will need to know for the exams and responds to emails/calls very quickly. Really enjoyed this class.

She is awesome. She will help those who ask and patient if you dont understand. She does like to talk, but so do it so it worked. There is a small quiz in the beginning of class, but as long as you read the chapter your golden. (in our class she let us talk about the quiz before we turn it in)

Nice lady, horrible teacher. She cannot stay on topic, can't explain her own examples and gets frustrated at us when nobody understands. Also, the book she uses is absolutely worthless. We found so many mistakes that make it hard to learn.

You will never find a professor who is more accessable to the students. I spoke with her on several occasions, and although she does talk a bit, she cares about the students. I had other professors that wouldn't look at their e-mails for weeks and weeks. She was always there for you.
