Comment:
Williams is a jovial, perceptive teacher who has 30 years experience teaching contracts. A real joy when it comes to his lectures. You learn the material because he relates everything you learn to everything else. The only negative is his slow pace and roundabout teaching method, which push for liberal emphasis on otherwise clear doctrines.

Prof will really make sure you learn the material. His use of socratic method (calling people in a row) helps reduce anxiety b/c you are well aware in advance when its your turn. B/c he likes to repeat and is clear the curve is a lot harder so it is very difficult to get an A b/c everyone gets it so you have to find a way to stand out! funny guy

His "loud comedy" is distracting and his explainations are sometimes incomprehensible. If he doesnt like you, he shows it.

This professor is just as great as Prof. Kaufman! He's extremely smart, organized, funny, and loves teaching, so the classes are a blast. I've never seen anyone gets so excited about the law! Sometimes he literally squeals. Highly recommended.

GO TO THE REVIEW SESSION!!! Although review sessions outside of class are generally optional or designed to give students extra help, he may actually bring up new topics during the review and then put them on the exam. He may repeat himself, but this may be useful if contracts is unclear to you. He is very funny as well.

Not easy to follow, incoherent, rambles on and works at a hellishly slow pace. Some classes were like walking through Dante's inferno.

The most enthusiastic professor at Loyola - period! Engaging & clearly likes what he's doing. His exams are easy (b/c he teaches so straightforward) so the curve is a little tighter.
