I agree with everyone else mostly. His problem sets didn't teach you anything unless you took them seriously cause he doesn't grade them on correctness, only completetion. On one of my sets I put the same thing over and over not even paying attention to what the problem was and got a 100%. Hes a nice guy but useless if you want to learn anything.

Lucky this is his last semester. He is a very hard teacher to learn from. I had to learn everything on my own.

Kind of boring lectures but he does make really funny dry comments sometimes. Gives out practice tests online before each exam, which is SUPER helpful. Also gives you free points for doing problem sets, whether you get some wrong or not. Very nice guy.

This was a very dull lecture, plan on spending plenty of time outside of class going over problem sets and practice tests. However, if you understand the practice test you are going to do well on the test he changes very little.

Easy Professor... curves grade at end if you have good attendance, and gives out free points for completing the problem sets

Hes a *very* nice guy, but I didnt like his lectures- a bit dull. Tests werent too bad, but they were usually very exhaustive, making you memorize a ton of useless equations. His grading was horrible! He takes points off and doesnt indicate why, and I always got the impression he didnt have a fixed grading "scale."
