He is a very nice guy & is more than willing to meet with you out of class. Beware that he tends to teach very fast and has a hard time explaining things in an understandable manner. That being said, he is more than willing to meet with you or go over things until you understand.

I absolutely LOVED professor Saltzmans teaching style!! He is so funny and has NO problem taking time to help you learn everything you need to learn. He puts hours and hours into tutoring hours. He is awesome!

Saltzman is one of the best professors at the school. He really bends over backwards for everyone who wants the help. He is funny and kind and has a real passion for teaching. Even if you aren't good at math he does everything he can to find a way to teach it so you will understand. 58 years of teaching and he is still the man!!!

Prof. Saltzmann is the best! I sucked at math and hated it in high school but he helped through it in the midst of the worst semester of my life.. began to enjoy it a little even! He is absolutely amazing. Goes WAY above and beyond the call of duty for a professor. I didn't like him at first, but he won me over! Thank God for this Professor.
