He goes off on rants all the time. Doesn't follow the syllabus at all. There are no grades entered at all, the only things that count are the midterm and the final. He tells you what to study for the midterm but when you take it you have to learn concepts on the spot. The midterm had 10 problems on it so if you get 4 wrong you fail.

Very caring man. However he does tend to talk a lot and I mean a lot. He is easy to get side tracked. Explanations aren't always clear but you can get away with a lot in his class. He does want you to succeed.

Professor Valentino is a terrible teacher. He has no business teaching in collage. He rarely explains the subject matter; also he would tell us that certain concepts would not be on the exam, only to find out on exam day they were. Sometimes I forget he's a teacher because half the time he's talking about his personal life and topics aside from math. But don't get me wrong, he's extremely smart and extremely nice,very helpful and super funny! His classes are fun, gives us long breaks and let's his students help each other out on tests. Highly recommend him =D
