BORING. First day of class we started talking about the difference between "They're", "Their", and "There". Very confusing. Can't do anything without the book which by the way costs $140 and there is no where else but the CCSU bookstore. Ended up dropping the class. She's old and should be retired by now.

Awesome teacher. She knows what she is teaching and she always tries to help you out. Homework is optional but if you do it she gives you extra credit for it. There are three tests and a final which is cumulative. Tests are not hard. If you show up to class, she will tell you exactly what will be on the exam so it's not hard to pass.

Do you need a math class? Do you need to pass a math class? Are you somewhat familiar with math methods in general? If you answered yes then you should take Professor Coe's class. A little boring in teaching style, but you will pass because she gives you every opportunity imaginable to pass. You can makeup exams & homework is extra credit.

Right away, don't take this class. Professor Coe is the least helpful person to teach math. you will probably sit in class loosing track of what she is trying to teach. Notes are scattered on chalkboard. Very unclear. Lots of homework and child-like worksheets. Abstract math is not math, and she cannot explain it in simple terms to understand.

She's a little old lady that reminds me of my grandmother, so it's impossible to hate her.But she should really consider retiring.The book is useless bc all she wants to do is critique it.She waits to go over everything until the class before the final.This class was a complete waste of time for me and I'm a math major!FIND A DIFFERENT PROFESSOR!

BORING!! BORING!! Most boring teacher ever. If you don't fall asleep in class, it means you have already left before the class is halfway finished. There is too much homework. She is completely oblivious to the world and doesn't notice anything that goes on in class. Take this class if you want to learn NOTHING. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Say NO to COE!

This class is useless. You can take turns signing each other in, People walk out in the middle of class; plus you get 8 excused absenses, a whole quarter of the semester. Material is very easy but she presents it in an impossible manner. HW is easy and the W.S. are for 3rd graders. Not intolerable but not recommended.

At an hour and fifteen minutes, the classes are hard to sit through. The fact that she's boring doesn't help. Only take this class if you absolutely have to. Her extremely leniant homework and test policies almost redeem her. You can turn in work basically whenever you want and she gives you credit for trying. Oh, and you can make up any test.

Completely lousy. If you have no other option than to take Math 105 with her, then just wait another semester to take it with someone else. This woman shouldn't be teaching. Every time I ask for a review sheet, she tells me to look at the homework (which she doesn't go over until one class before the test). No extra credit.Talks whole time Horrible
