The class wasnt too bad. I skipped class a lot and managed a B, but I also had people I knew in there. Sometimes, he reviews the tests the day before the test and it might help. Had to teach my self a lot of it. There is a lot of wiley. It is hard to follow when hes teaching. But, the tests are somewhat easy.

Difficult to follow in class; often confuses himself in his own problems. He is confusing and skips steps assuming that students know them when many of them are new concepts. Ended up teaching myself a majority of the class through the textbook/youtube. Also struggled to see his work with a bad chalkboard that wouldn't erase. relatively easy tests

Excellent professor. He is a computer scientist by nature so he has a bit of an eccentricity. I am not terribly good at Calculus, but if you show you are trying hard (and actually do) he will pass you. He is not a monster and I wish I had him for DE this semester.

He is a little hard to follow in class, but the tests are really not very difficult. He gives you access to tests from previous semesters, so you know what to expect. The class average was pretty low throughout the semester, but in the end most who attended class regularly passed with at least a C.

Yes, he might get a little confuse when teaching but he is very nice and will help you if you dont get it. Take him and if you study his all test you will get an A+!!! Like him A LOT! Very nice professor the best in the math department since his not hard at all!!! Take him!

UGH, I don't really like him. I find him incomprehensible, so if you're good with teaching yourself and reading the book, then he's the teacher for you because the tests are easy and you get a lot of bonus points. Otherwise, stay away.

Very smart man but can confuse himself in class. He's not the best at trying to explain difficult concepts to the class. I wouldn't suggest taking him in the morning. He'd put me to sleep. One good thing is he gave tons of extra points for working problems on the board. It helped me get a B. Tests are only a few questions but can be difficult.

A little wacky, but he's nice. Lectures aren't bad. Tests are only a few problems, so it's hit or miss. Fortunately, he gives lots of bonus points in class, so go to class and know how to do the homework problems. He sometimes has trouble explaining things, but he'll do everything he can to help you. 301 is a hard class made easier with Kearfott.

Extremely nice teacher! Very passionate about teaching. He gives hints about what's on the test. However, his chapter tests are only 4-5 questions. If you've never taken any calculus before, you might have trouble because he doesn't explain very well. But, the textbook is VERY helpful. One good thing: he gives extra points!

Doesnt explain stuff very well seems to confuse himself. Never gives examples of problems beside the ones in the book. Tells you exactly whats going to be on the test though.
