Great professor, he knows his stuff and it shows. I learned more in this class than all the rest of my classes put together this semester. His homework is actually useful and he is very helpful, just don't be afraid to ask. Good grading scale (best work gets higher weight). He wants you to understand and do well, actually cares about his students.

He is somewhat arrogant and egotistical. He uses notes (written by him) instead of a textbook and spends 75 minutes reading through them in class. Homework assignments are relevant. He is a generous grader if he knows you're making a sincere effort.

The entirety of the class is graded with the same leniency. I ended up with 125%! HOWEVER, this guy does NOT know how to teach to the average beginner of programming. Uses advanced terminology that no one understands. Many people dropped his class! My suggestion: Don't take his class if you are a begginer to programming.

Great professor. If you have trouble understanding a concept make sure to ask him about it, he's more than happy to explain anything you need in detail. His grading scale is probably the easiest in the entire school, too.

Awesome professor! Best in the university. Very knowledgeable and up to date with OOP. He fixed the damage incurred by previous professors (Nystuen), and instilled fundamental knowledge of data structs as well as OOP in a practical manner. Highly recommend!

His code examples were awful, and his office hours were worse. A bad situation only partly mitigated by a generous grading system and upperclassmen willing to explain the theory to me. Don't recommend taking him.
