He knows the subject and has no problem teaching it to the class. We started having 'pop quizzes' because a lot of people did not show up. They weren't really pop because they were at the end of the week. If you really do not like Math, this is the teacher for you because he is willing to help you understand the material.

Loved his class! He explained everything so clearly and was upfront about everything that was going to be on the tests. Do the homework practice problems. They are not mandatory but if you want to get an A you have to practice. Take him! Best trig professor!

garcia was a great teacher. he told you exactly what was going to be on the tests. no homework, just tests. if you did poor on those then you were in trouble.hes really nice always willing to help. kept the classes short and sweet. go to class it helps. do his problems that he gives you, they are on your tests. overall, i would take his class again

Amazing professor. He explain everything you need to complete hw problems which he uses for test. He does a review before the test and tells you which questions to study. Come on for a math class that is amazing.

Very helpful and kind teacher. Stays after class often to help. Grades very easy on test giving lots of partial credit. Tests are easy as he tells you pretty much what every single problem is. He's also extremely nice. :) I'd take another math class with him!

Cool dude, JOSE is def a good math teacher, I had trig in HS and it was pretty much review but he is clear, if you do the homework the test are exactly the same and you know what to expect on the test, take this guy, go to his office hours, show that you care about the class and he might just look out for you in the end

cool guy. very organized. the class can move pretty fast but he always leaves time at the end of class to ask about any homework questions. his test reviews are great bc he tells you which section each problem is from and gives you a problem in the book just like it. helps out whenever needed. definitely reccomend this teacher.

I love the HOT! Jose is a fabulous guy & professor. He's not unsocial you just need to be willing to approach him. He's willing to help even outside office hours. Scared of female students? No way! ;-) If you don't like sarcasm you won't think he's funny. I'd take every class Jose taught if I could.

This teacher is freaking awesome. By far the best math teacher ive had. His notes are great, and he knows what hes teaching. He will help you during office hours, even 3 hours before the test. He is an awesome guy, and cares about helping you out. You can get an A in this class,very fair grader.

"He seems easy but thats if he likes you."-THAT IS RIDICULOUS!!!! He is soo clear on everything. And for the losers that dont get it the first time, he is always reiterating himself to make sure you get it. Take this guy, trust me, you wont regret it!
