I can never say a bad thing about her. If you a history buff and enjoy having someone, who knows what they are talking about, speak to you, Warden is your pick. It may get boring having her continue to speak for 50 straight minutes, but she can tell you everything. Amazing if you are here to learn, not so great if you want the quick grade.

I love having had been in several of Dr. Warden's classes like Hist 436 and 20. She is a great teacher and knows what she is talking about. The only problem with that is she gets caught up in talking about for an extended amount of time. But Dr. Warden was definitely the best history professor I have had.

VERY BORING! Sits at her desk and never stands up, only to block the door to trap us in the room when she is going over her time limit. 2 exams, 1 paper, & a final. Ummm, she is very boring.She have these review sessions before the test which helps just a bit, because she goes really fast so I recommend recording her. It helped me. First test C, second test A. So I would say to pass read and do your own to understand. She goes off topic, but u can tell she love history. Just study for exams.

Easy class only problem is staying awake. The paper you have to write is simple she is a very easy grader I got an A and didn't read. Only problem is she rambles about irrelevant subjects all class period. And will often ramble well past the end of the class as people exit the room.

Please, stay away from this teacher. she ruined my semester and my gpa. I have straight A's except for a c+ in this class. You come in to the class and she starts talking, and she doesnt stop until everyone leaves. Thats right we have to leave while shes still talking. She rambles on.She doesnt teach anything, the tests are impossible.Read the book

Day and night she talks. She talks. She talks. Bring a coloring book or something so you at least have something to look at while you listen to her. The lectures are all over the place. By the time test day comes you still have no idea what is going on. But if you just write something, anything, she grades easy. Take if you can handle it.

If you like history TAKE THIS CLASS!!! She is an excellent teacher, extremely knowledgable probably one of the most intelligent people i ever met. She makes it interesting, yes she lectures the whole time but she does it in a way that makes it interesting. Then again if you don't like history dont' take it. Overall not to difficult do the work

Dr. Warden's History 21 class was an interesting and well-presented survey of recent American History. Warden is obviously very intelligent and clearly interested in the subject, which was refreshing. She is also very strong in relating historical events in a contemporary context, and her discussions are extremely concise and informative. : )

I don't think there's anything this woman doesn't know about history. She's funny and very easy to get along with. Sure she lectures, but she loves class discussion. She's teaching American History so she assumes that her students know a lot of it already. Read the text because she doesn't refer to it much, but it helps with tests.

I had her for History 20 and now 436 (yes, I am a History major) I call her "Energizer," because she kept on talking and talking and talking!! She never stops talking. :)
