Sergei is great. You may have some trouble communicating with him due to a language barrier, but he is always sure to make sure you understand what he is saying and what is happening. Definitely would recommend.

Sergei will present you with some very challenging work, but it is important to keep in mind that he is very flexible and a pretty forgiving grader. If you can present your work and at least show him you were going in the right direction he will give you a fair grade. If you need help or an extension just ask. He is very understanding.

When I'm not completely sleeping in his classes, I hear him speaking to the class in German, Russian. He needs to improve his lecturing, but I like his russian wife. I think she's too sexy for this guy.
