Shaun is a really good professor. He is not easy, and be prepared to work a lot outside of class, but this is what we are in college for, if it was easy everybody could do it and your degree would be worth nothing. He is very knowledgeable. He is very available, especially when you go to his office hours he makes sure you leave without questions.

His class is kind of boring. I sleep a lot but he really knows a lot. He teaches very thoroughly. He has a super thorough grading style which may make you shocked a little bit at first if you do the lab exactly what he asks you to do, you'll get the full credit for sure. For in-class test, study what you learn and review the concept quizzes only.

Hardest class ever taken. Incredibly hard to study for tests. Does not email back when you ask for help he says read the book. Expect to do a lot of homework and quizzes.

Always keeps class late by at least 5 min. Will dawdle in class with the chapter and then cram the last 10 pages of learning into the last 5 min of class and will keep you an extra 5-10 because of this. Never answers emails. Tough grader and makes tests extremely hard. When you ask for help he will say "read the book" or just wont email you back.

An amazing teacher! His class was incredibly hard to understand at first and I was failing until I broke down and went to his office for help. He took my F to a C + in one month without changing any of my prior grades! If you take his class, be prepared to ask for help about once a week - it's worth it!
