He tries to make class easy for you while at the same time actually getting you to learn something. He's a pretty good professor so for you honors students who have to take this course, I recommend him. All tests are cumulative, keep that in mind, but his hws and quizzes are very helpful for preparation! Go to class because he uses a clicker.

Dr. Khanna is extremely intelligent and an excellent teacher. This is no suprise since he has published many papers in the physics field. He simply knows what he is talking about and if he got any negative ratings on this site its because people are just frusterated with physics not him.

Hard to understand anything. Go to lecture before test. His review session is exactly like the test. I learned nothing depite getting 105 on both tests. I was cursing him when doing the Physical Sciences section on the MCAT.

Although I got an "A" in Khanna's class, I feel my true knowledge of Physics is limited to the earlier chapters of the course textbook. After taking his final, I realized that I knew a lot more than I originally assumed. Recommended.

Dr. Khanna is in all honesty the WORST teacher at VCU. You will learn NOTHING in his class and still manage to get a 105 on his exams. He can't explain anything. He is rude and makes you feel dumb. Thankfully, someone else will soon teach his class.
