She is very sweet and genuine. Yeah, she can rant about things and she teaches by including personal stories. But those stories helped me connect to the course material so that I did well on her tests. Email her, and she will respond. If you take her class, as long as you don't get bothered by all her many stories...you will enjoy her class!

I think Mrs. Rice id an excellent teacher who cares about her students. She wants the students to succeed and thats a great thing. She allows the students to speak freely and makes class fun. Interpersonal Communications is my favorite class and I don't think it would have been so great without Mrs. Rice as the teacher.

Mrs. Rice is one of the sweetest teachers! She works with students and wants to do everything she can to help them. Taking notes is not really necessary;most of it is just common sense.She grades easily on speeches.Just don't read from notecards too much.

Tammy Rice is by far the best educator I have come across in my college career. She honestly care about your individual learning styles and your understanding of the class. OCC is blessed to have Tammy Rice on their teaching staff!
