Great teacher, very interesting. One of the best teachers that I have ever heard. You learn a lot and it is only hard if you wait until last minute to do the work. He gives you plenty of warning of when something is due. If you have a problem then it's your own fault.

Maples is a great professor. His lectures were interesting, gave ample opportunity for class discussion and questions, and there were never any surprises on his tests. He spells everything out and makes it easy to understand. I almost went from pre-med to pre-law after taking this class.

Mr. Maple is a great person and a great teacher. I started out knowing nothing about politics and now I'm hooked on them! He truly cares about all of his students, not just the A-students! You do have to write one long-ish paper. He provides opportuny for extra credit, and sample/practice tests.

Avoid this guy un less you like writing 10 page research papers. *note I had maples class @8am with 18hrs and I hated doing that ****ing paper Scott Holtzer is much better take him for all history classes

I took Mr. Maple for three classes. He is a great professor who truly cares about his students. He has a deep working knowledge of what he is teaching and gives interesting lectures, using applying concepts to current events.
