Comment:
Average. The prof possesses good understandings of materials. The number of assignments/projects are rather on high-side, but not so difficult. Some of these instructions are unclear; must consult with the prof whenever you encounter questions. Open booked midterm/final are fair and OK. Highly recommend bringing printed in-class code for reference.

This professor really cares and it comes through in his classes. the projects are straight forward but always have a challenging twist and the lectures are spotted with stories. READ the instructions on the HW and you'll do well. The midterm and final are open book so make sure you've read the book prior to the exam so you know where to look

Smart and sometimes funny. Teaches via a mix of slides and personal stories. You'll write a lot of code both during and after class. Half of every class is lab work with a team. You'll build AI agents to solve a variety of problems. Semester long project that'll eat your weekends. Have to go to class and put in the effort to pass.

Class: Programming with Java. Victor is a nice guy but his teaching leaves a lot to be desired. Not well organized, spent a lot of class time on Google trying to figure out why the examples he gave us didn't compile. Take his class if you want an easy programming class, not if you want to really learn something.

Very good teacher - lecture is very clear and easy to follow unlike the book. Very fair and helpful. Assignments can be difficult but are engaging. Not so easy that it is pointless, but not too hard. If you don't like programming with a prof like this you should probably consider another field.

Very clear in teaching. Fun goofy jokes to ligthen things. KNOWS HIS STUFF! Didn't hardly need the book he made things so clear. Will make you think difficult concepts through, but you will know it like the back of your hand when you are done. I HIGHLY recomend him, so does everyone I know that has taken the class.

Good teaching style and has a good sense of humor. Makes the class interesting. Had a couple of tough projects, but fair grading. Would take him again.
