Wasn't really into the subject matter until I took this class. Fun, interesting, and always a laugh during class. Became one of my favorite professors at Clemson. Lots of assigned reading before class but it wasn't too much of an issue. Definitely take Heath, he's great.

By far one of the best teachers I've ever had. Never liking English, he made it my favorite class out of the week. His hilarious, personality made for great class interaction while at the same time, his discussions were extremely informative and could make anything understandable. Reading due everyday, but never too much to handle. TAKE THIS CLASS

My favorite professor at Clemson! The work is somewhat difficult, but it gets easier throughout the semester and he is always there to help! As long as you participate in class and you do the reading and writing, you will get an A. I wish I could have him for all of my courses, he always brightened my day.

Do not take this class if you do not have the time to read a lot. Gives reading quizzes that aren't worth a lot. Do not take his essay's lightly, no matter how good of a writer you are, one grammar mistake will kill you. I had an A paper, he said it was A material, but i got a C on it because of one comma splice. Funny teacher, but tough grader.

From the first day Mr. Heath walked in with his seersucker suit, I knew I was going to like him. He is a fantastic teacher and is absolutely hilarious. He is very engaging and very easy to listen to!

Really nice man. Really tries to make the class relevant to real life. Cares about his students and their success. No tests, just several assignments, and a group project, along with a mock interview. I really enjoyed the class.

BEST teacher I have ever had. He really wants to help you. I have taken him twice. I would take him a third time, but he doesn't teach anything else I can take. Really great man! He makes class funny and I never want to skip this class!

At first i wasn't so sure about him, but after awhile I started to like him. He makes the class intresting, and doesn't try to trick you on tests. If you go to class and take notes, you should be fine. Just watch out for the reading pop-quizzes.
