This teacher makes everything 100x harder than it has to be. You don't just have to know how to do ridiculous problems, you have to prove why they are valid. He is relentless in his grading and offers very little relief via a curve. Avoid if you can, or beware and be warned. Al is continuos on the open interval without a limit.

Giambrone is hard, but he's one of the few teachers that I have found that really gives you your money's worth in math education. Many students will drop from his class, but the most promising will stay and truely benefit and the benefit will be in the long run and in future classes. I've taken him 2x.
