Easily distractible, overly political, and has knack for taking a confusing topic and making it even more confusing. I've had her for three mandatory semesters and things have never improved. I'll also second the comment on her needing to learn how to sit properly in a skirt.

I did not like her class at all. Instead of teaching us the law and how to analyze constitutional problems, she focused far too much on her own feminist views of the law. I'm female and moderately feminist, but I did not appreciate having her one-sided beliefs forced on me in a mandatory class. That should be saved for a Gender & the Law class.

I did not care for this teacher. I think she made the course more complicated, which is hard to do since it is complicated enough. Something is certainly wrong with her grading scale, as this was the worst grade I and many others have received.

This is the worst professor at the University. She has absolutely no control over her class. She was never come to class prepared to teach. I doubt that she even reads the cases. She can't explain constitutional principles. You will get NOTHING out of class unless you enjoy the internet. RUN.

Beiner's not the greatest professor ever, but she's not even close to being the worst at UALR School of Law. In addition, the other commenter's note about Beiner's skirt is indicative of what sort of mind we have here.

One of the worst teachers at UALR Law School. Avoid her at all costs. She needs to learn how to teach. She also needs to learn how to sit correctly in a skirt!
