Initially I was not excited that I had to take a Public Speaking class. I'm so glad I chose Charles's class. Learned quite a bit. Charles has an interesting perspective on things and I'm glad I was exposed to that. Would def take another class from him.

I enjoyed this class and met some nice people. I liked the diversity of the classroom, the and the different age groups /life experiences. Conversation never lagged. I learned ways to communicate better in business and personal relationships. Professor Silver has the ability to teach in such a simplified way, that you forget your learning too. ng

Charles is very passionate about learning and the class. Sometimes he strays off topic but the knowledge he shares is either funny, inspirational, or insightful. If you need to take a public speaking class, take it with Charles, show up to class and show some effort and you will be fine!

AMAZING! Charles is one of the best teachers Ive had! He is hilarious and brilliant. If you put in effort you will pass. He is very helpful and caring. If you need to take communication TAKE CHARLES CLASS! Go in depth with your papers, you can send them in early to get feedback to improve. The papers are not hard at all.

Professor Charles is hands-down the best professor I have ever had at MCC. He genuinely cares about his students and is super passionate about his work. I took two of his classes and would take him again if I could! If you read the material he gives, and take your speeches seriously, you will be good to go!

Professor Charles is a super awesome guy. He is seriously one of the best professors I have ever had. He is funny, smart, caring and keeps the class fun. He has many interesting stand points on different subjects and he will totally tell you all about them. LOVED HIM AND THIS CLASS! Take his course.

Great professor! He does take the speeches seriously but he does care about teaching you. He does have his tangents every class about his thoughts but its still entertaining. I felt like none of the work was busy work and truly learned in this class. The speeches are not the most fun but you do learn from each of them.

Professor Silver was awesome in COMM 100. I would definitely take one of his courses again! He spoke on many real situations of communication, I learned so much by taking this class. He is what someone would call a tough grader but in the end you're in college to progress, so respect the process of improvement because it only helps you grow!

Charles is a clear, concise instructor regarding expectations of class requirements. His ability to teach the required topics is amazing. He can reach every age group in his instruction. He provides you with the tools to be sucessful. He is a straight shooter (pun intended). I highly recommend his instuction. He cares about his topics and it shows.

Professor Silver is an amazing COMM professor! Lectures are interesting and involving. He is very knowledgeable in his subject and has no problem stopping to explain certain criteria into further detail. If I had to complete another Communications course, there's no doubt I would choose his class again.

Charles Silver is an amazing communications instructor. I have taken 2 other classes and his was by far the BEST! Wish I could take his class again! Defiantly recommend this teacher!
