I did not like this professor at all! He did not follow any syllabus, or really even use the expensive book that we bought! A lot of the time his lectures were completely irrevalent.

A lot of the time, I had no idea what he was talking about. He barely used the book and didn't follow the course outline at all. He was very vague when explaining assignments, and he got very off topic, every class. I do not recommend him.

Great Prof-really knows his stuff and is very passionate about it. This course is about understanding and not pointless memorization so it is definitly one of my favorites.

I detest this man and how he teaches. I have no idea why he made us buy a $150 book and then had us barely use it, and how practically everything he taught was his own opinion and had little fact. I recommend anyone looking for a crappy semester to take this class.

He shouldn't still be teaching. He seems like he walked off the street and into the classroom. He doesn't use the book whatsoever, and he puts slides up for a couple of seconds and doesn't give you time to write notes. Test questions are very unpredictable. I do not recommend him to anyone.

He doesnt use the books and he gives no notes, he just talks about stuff, half the time not even related to the course. Although he has a nice house and is a great host after those field trips, he marks hard and tests are very long

Excellent prof, one of the best in the bio dept for method of teaching. Teaches so you know and remember not so you regurgitate info. Very approachable
