Prof. Stevens is awesome. He wants his students to get good grades and really helps them achieve it. Attendance is not mandatory so as long as you show up on the day of the review you will pass. I did just that and got an A.

I took him for Calc I. He is great! Extremely easy going and too fair if there is a such thing! He just wants you to learn the information and as long as you try you will pass with at least a C. DO NOT LEAVE ANYTHING BLANK ON HIS TESTS. Even if you know your answer is wrong DO NOT LEAVE IT BLANK!! He is very generous!!

Ok so we have 3 tests and a final. if you get a better grade in the final than the other 3 tests then thats your grade. and if you do horrible in the final then you get the grade of the other 3 tests. nice guys, but boring. NEVER takes attendance, yet i recommend you go if not you will be lost. Review sheets are good.

Dr. Stevens is the nicest professor at MSU. Calculus is not easy, but he does try his best to make the material as understandable as possible. His review sheets are almost exactly the same as the tests. He is always available, extremely helpful, and I would highly recommend him!!

Very easy. He doesn't take attendance so the class was only full the days of the tests. 3 tests in all, and a class or two before he gives out and goes over a very helpful study guide. There's also a proof writing assignment which is very easy if you just copy down what he says as he goes over it. Highly recommended especially if you hate math.

I loved this professor! If math is ur weakness then u should definitely take him. Many of the times he let us out early. A lot of people got an A in his class. He wants you to get an A too. We had three test and a proof writing assignment. His REVIEW SHEETS are the BEST. You have to get an A in this class. TAKE HIM!

super boring class...but Prof Stevens really tries to get you into it...hes obviously passionate about what he does and that passion can rub off...hes got a few quarky mannerisms, but hes a truly nice guy...the class is an easy A as long as you listen and show up for the review...everything on the review sheet appears on the tests

Really cool, laidback professor that never keeps you the full class time, and no attendance policy. His tests are directly from the material covered in class so no surprises. He also gives thorough reviews prior to tests. He makes it so everyone can and will get As. I'd recommend him for any math class.

Very eccentric and wacky and makes class fun (or as fun as it can be for the subject). Review sheets given for every test and the tests are strongly based on them with just slightly harder problems. If you do the homework and the review sheets you will be fine. Fair grader.
