Dr. Yama is hilarious! Lectures are fun and easy to listen to, his laugh will crack you up. Also if you get a bad score on your test, you can go talk to him and he will more than likely help you with your grade. He is EXTREMELY helpful if you go and ask for help in raising your grade. I went from like a D to an A. Also Interesting Subject!

Yama is hilarious! He laughs at himself all the time and is a great teacher. He is easy-going almost to a fault, don't take advantage of him! The class is pretty easy and VERY interesting. He is a genius and just what you'd expect from a psych professor.

Great guy and he is always smiling and reminds me of a child that is encased in a 50 year olds body. awesome teach and with the cases he brought in and the videos we watch it made the class interesting. There is a one page paper due every week. They are really easy. The tests he gives are all over the book so it requires a good amount of time readi

I love this class. Dr. Yama is such an easy-going, fun-loving guy. It's great how he laughs at his own jokes. "I have once again succeeded in amusing myself" ~Mark Yama The class is pretty easy too, a lot of one page papers commenting on case readings. Super easy.

Oh, Dr. Yama. The only person qualified to teach Abnormal! He's a special guy, I love that he laughs at his own jokes and literally says, "He, He, He!" Has old tests on E-reserve, pretty easy.

We called him "the smiley guy" because you just have to squint your eyes and smile really wide and you'll look like Dr. Yama. He was among the nicer guys in the Psychology department, look him up if you're in that major.
