Dr. Brown really knows his stuff. His experience truly comes in to play during his classes. The content is a bit difficult at time. However, this being his last semester, he has seemed to check out. Lack of discussion of a project (never since 1st day) led to half a class not knowing a due date or what he wanted.

Brown is a genius. He can rattle of court cases, stats, definitions, you name it. He likes to tell stories about anything and everything. Go to class, pay attention, study and you will do good.

Dr. Brown's stories are fun and interesting, but sometimes it can get kind of boring when you have to listen to him lecture at 8 in the morning. He gives weekly online quizzes which aren't bad because the questions come directly from the book. His tests are pretty tough though. Overall, a pretty cool guy though.

Great teacher, but I'm telling you...read the text! Study your ass off! His tests are very much in depth, and cover both his powerpoints and the text. He's not really helpful when it comes to email. He really doesn't respond to them. He likes to tell funny stories in class and relate the subject to the field. Good teacher, hard tests. Cool dude.

Dr. Brown's classes are always interesting (he's a former police officer and his stories are priceless). However, his tests are ALWAYS a beast with little minute tid-bits from the book that are simply passed over in reading as non-important seem to always find their way onto the test.
