Ray is a super funny guy who seems like he really cares about his students. During his lectures he tries to teach with humor all while actually getting us to pay attention. Great guy, great class. Highly recommended.

Ray is a nice guy, but his class is a complete joke. All of his tests are online and he asks the MOST RANDOM questions on the tests. You typically do not go over test material in class as you are expected to read all of the chapters outside of class. You will spend countless classes looking at pointless slide shows and wondering why you're there.

Ray is a very funny guy. Very easy class and if you go to the lectures he basically tells you the answers on the test. Guaranteed to laugh if you attend his class. One thing is he sends a ton of emails. Be prepared for that.

Ray's class is about as straight-forward and easy to pass as it gets. Anyone who can't keep up has ample opportunity to either A) check with him after class B) refer to the textbook or C) both. He provides tons of web resources to aid students. He bends over backwards to find extra credit opportunities. Top notch teacher.

Ray is a fun teacher. He is really into what he teaches and honestly wants to help his students improve their health. He tries and succeeds to use humor in his lectures. The only down side to him I can think of is he tends to get a little too ADD during lecture. Over all though he's awesome.

great teacher wants all students to pass with flying colors he will do what ever it takes to help you pass he offers tons of extra credit even though all you have to do to pass the class is show up every day and work out funny guy always trying to get a laugh from the students he knows his stuff and has emailed me jokes in the past

Very, very nice guy. Sincere and upfront about his desire to help. Lectures are spastic. Got A's on all but one of the tests without cracking open the book. Assigns mandatory attendance of out-of-class events, like the phys. lab assessment. Not terribly considerate of the busy student.
