He gave lots of examples about his experience working for Toronto Police and used those stories to help teach his lessons. STUDY!! if you don't study you're screwed but he gives you exactly what will be on tests/ exams so you should be fine. Class can get boring as he talks a lot but overall I learnt a lot

Rick isn't by any means a bad teacher, it's just that he's very old school. He's very knowledgeable and experienced and takes his job very seriously, yet during the trials, he'll occasionally smirk with the students when people get super nervous and choked up. Just make sure you take notes because he doesn't post anything.

Collette's teaching style is very old school. He talks you listen... no slides or anything of the sort. I found that while doing my Crown Brief I lost marks for doing it correctly instead of doing it the simple way he had asked me to. Overall he's a nice person but Seneca needs new teachers.

One of the nicest teachers in the school. I had him for crown brief and he couldn't have made it easier for you to succeed in the course. Pay attention because everything he says that is going to be one it you better know it!

He is an experienced & knowledgeable Prof. He likes to tell stories from his own past. He is a hard marker. His exams are short answers always. If you are not serious about the class you will fail. but if attended all the classes and took notes and studied before the exams you should be fine. Good Luck

Prof Collett is a very knowledgeable Prof. One of the best teachers at Seneca. People who write poor comments are the ones who don't apply themselves. It?s called hard work people grow up, how do you think the real world is going to be.

Comment:
Collett is not that bad. His stories are fun to listen too even when it's killing time in class. When he lectures about the different sections in the Criminal Code, it can be such a snore. He's hard on the tests but out of all, he's not that bad of a guy. By the way, he looks so old that he should've been retired 5 years ago, don't you think?

Useless. Hard tests, waste of time, I HIGHLY suggest dropping his class. No one likes his stories about the "good ol' days" when he punched some guy in the face. UR BORING AND OLD AND PAST UR PRIME RETIRE ALREADY.

this is the worst teacher I have ever encountered. He does not care about his students, and he's ALWAYS right, even when he's wrong, he does not care and hes old school. he knows 75% of his students will fail a test but he stil gives it, very hard marker

Always gives a final exam worth 40%. ALWAYS this is the 2nd time ive had him first time i failed his course. Copy only notes that are on the board and go to his review class her tells you what material covered in class will be on final.

He is a good Prof. But if you miss a class it will effect your average drastically. There is no final in his class, everything comes from in class assignments and tests. Stay on his good side. He can get carried away with alot of his stories and you will hear them more then once.

One of the most respectable members of the Police Foundations faculty. He provides each class with a rich knowledge of police practices, based upon his extensive policing career. His tests are all short answer based, but expect to come out of his classes with a lot of useful information.
