Very disorganized, loses trail of though sometimes but amazing and incredibly passionate. If you really don't love physics this isn't the class for you otherwise you'll enjoy it immensely. Labs are super cool and interesting he brings tea and cookies for breaks! work load is a lot but manageable.

He was sometimes disorganized during lectures and when asked him questions, was not clear in his explanations and often times left students more confused. Sometimes it felt as if he didn't even know what he was talking about and was making stuff up on the spot in order to answer students' questions.

Great professor, loves physics and really shows his enthusiasm in class. As the other say, a little scatterbrained, but he still makes physics challenging and interesting every lecture.

Professor Berg is extremely enthusiastic. He's funny, and has great and very comprehensive lesson plans. He's also very willing to help finding physics opportunities outside of class. He really cares about his students, and is an overall great professor.
