Is a hard grader so make sure you understand the topics. Follow the PowerPoints when doing case studies and youll be fine. Email her with any questions she appreciates it when students fully understand and ask questions. Wont be a hard class if you're willing to put in the effort to match difficultly of the course level, would recommend!

Never got a 100% on my DB posts or papers and no info on what I could do better. Still got an A, but very little communication. Every week is basically the same, even had 2 or 3 weeks with no homework due which was a nice break.

Took management online with her. Its an online class but she lays everything out so that there is one assignment and one quiz per week so that you are organized and its keeps it balanced throughout the semester. Spent maybe 2 hours a week on this class. Follow the rubrics, follow her week plans, get an A.

This was a great online class. Everything is mapped out per week so it is very organized. There are multiple exams that you take, plus individual homework, and group discussions. As long as you are not lazy you will do totally fine in this class.

Her night class for Organizational Dynamics is so boring. Do not take her night class or else you will fall asleep. She just reads through her slides for 2 hours and sometimes you'll have group work. Her tests aren't bad since she gives you a sheet of paper as a cheat sheet. Overall she is boring and you don't learn much in her class

Online or ITV is so easy. Tests are open book & dont need lockdown. Research paper is the most work but you have all semester to do it. Had it as a 3 hour night class& spent most of it doing homework in. Work for an A but just do whats required for a B grades kind of hard on assignments though so it does take a bit of work but its a 300 level class

Professor Dewan is one of the nicest teachers I have ever encountered at Winona State. Yes, sometimes the topics can be a little boring, but that does not take away from the fact that this teacher cares about her students. Lots of group work and quizzes so be forewarned. However, if you are a good contributor and team player, you will do fine.

Her tests are very broad and she does not cover all the material in class. She also covers some material in class that is on the test which is not in the text. It takes a lot of time to study for her tests. She has a lot of in class homework which helps students with strong attendance.

Her tests are pretty much impossible. The test averages are usually around a 60% and she doesn?t curve. I tried to meet with her multiple times to ask her questions and she just e-mails me basically saying she couldn?t meet me. She is never able to help you if you have questions. I would not recommend this professor to anyone.

Weighted grading system. Lots of hw, but its pretty self explanitory busy word Tests where open book, and pretty tough, but review your terms and you'll be fine. Not as bad as the other ratings have described her as.

Had her ITV for Small Business MGMT. Reads off notes the whole time, can't hear you and has a hard accent to understand sometimes. Not clear at all on assignments and often "wings it" Still a Fairly easy class because it's 90% group work.

She is a horrible teacher. She is lazy and doesn't teach anything. She reads directly from notes. Why bother going to class. She assigns in depth projects that require lots of outside work. She makes you give presesntations in all classes. She is hard to understand. Take another teacher if possible.
