For those who think Amy doesn't care about her students, you are wrong. Amy makes you think for yourself. She does not just tell you what to do to make your life easier. This is a good thing people!! I found her very knowledgable and helpful. I learned a lot. She doesnt excpect everyone to be expert sewers. She wants to see effort and improvement!!

Well she's very sexiest! and her directions are HORRIBLE and does not allow students to ask questions or help! Refuses to help the students be successfull, and does not have time! If you don't know how to sew then your screwed and ability to learn to 100% dependent on follow students! Unfair gradeing the only part that's easy is the final!

I am not a costumer. I cannot sew worth a damn. When I was a freshman my sewing was worth even less of a damn. I still got a B+ in the class and the more I got to know Amy, the more I found out how much she really cares about her students learning. She grades on improvement which is really a result of how hard you work in her class. Not an easy A, but most easy things aren't worth doing. Give it a chance! I'm still ehhh about sewing, but I definitely appreciate it. Makeup class was a blast.

Amy and I did not hit it off at first, but we learned how to work with each other. It turns out that she is very interested in her students' success and only wants the best. She is a very talented designer and I think she should get out and design outside

Lobs is not nice to most people. She expects everyone to sew at her level, even though she barely teaches her students. She grades EXTREMELY hard. Also, she's a sucky costume designer and makes people look frumpy ON PURPOSE!!!
