Mr. Herman is kind of flirty with some of the girls and mostly a sweet man. He advised me when I signed up to get my Master's in health that "teaching today means you'll have to pay your do's." He was definitely right with the competive world of teaching today. His classes are pretty entertaining and the time flies. I learned a lot from him.

Mr. Herman is an awesome teacher and advisor. His classes are interesting and enjoyable. He has a good sense of humor and is very insightful. I don't think I met a student that didn't like him. I tried to take as many classes with Herman as I could. As long as you participate and do the work he'll give you an A.

Professor Herman is the best professor at Hofstra! Hands down. Makes class interesting and fun. Final is optional so do well on his papers. He makes class comfortable and fun. I wish i could have all professors like him!

HED 201 is a pretty easy class for a MHA major. 2 major assns, 1 paper, and 1 paper/oral presentation. Final was optional for our class. Prof. Herman is a great teacher - laid back. I found the info useful and the class entertaining at times. I'm glad I got to have him as a professor.

Love Prof. Herman. He makes class interesting and encourages class participation. We sit in a circle everyday and do many activities that get you comfortable with everyone. Only flaw is that he can REALLY talk. He can go on and on talking about nothing, but overall great prof!

This class was one of the best I had at Hofstra. Prof. Herman is the man he makes class fun, and you really want to go. It might be annoying getting to the H-Dome but its worth it to take this class. Don't buy the book, do everything on time, and participate in class and you'll get an A.Don't stress over the midterm and the 3 assignments are easy

Pompous, arrogance, self absorbed. His new business he created "charging" students for his advise is unethical. One of the worst employees Hofstra even hired. He doesn't teach and to all students who think "EASY" is great..think of the waste of $2,000 to sit with this jerk.
