great teacher! easiest grader ever. no deadlines...you can pretty much turn in your paper whenever you want. you dont have to attend class. you just have to write the papers assigned but you have a loooot of time to do so.

Hes one of the coolest teachers i ever had. Im in his Beatles english class now and its so sweet!! i was in his philosophy and english class last year and it was just as good. Funny guy and very interesting to listen to

GREAT MAN.........SO EASY TO GET ALONG WITH.......NO DEADLINES..... I FINISHED MOST OF MY PAPERS ON THE CLASS DAY........ I WISH I COULD HAVE HAD HIM FOR ENG 102 ....CHOOSE HIM HE IS THE BEST BY FAR.. HE GIVES INSTRUCTIONS YOU GO TO THE COMPUTER LAB DO THE PAPER AND YOU MAY LEAVE EARLY IF YOU WISH..........

Mr. Hammer grades papers inexorably hard for Eng 102 as opposed to 101, but he will let you redo papers over and over again until you get an A. He will not give you much instruction on your papers, but ignores due dates. Not stringent on deadlines and works with you, but earning an A is hard.

I took Mr. Hammer's class in the summer and got an A. It is easy to make an A as long as you put in the work. It is easy to score A's on papers in the beginning than in the end. In summer session his attendance policy was not strict. Very less group work.
