Gives a lot of work due within a week, which makes students complain, therefore then he would change the deadline, hence deadlines became a mess. Record the deadlines posted of assignments in case he wants to penalize you for: -Something being late -Gives an extension on an assignment that you that you already turned in and only has one submission

Confusing Deadlines. Lectures are power point slides making attendance a chore. Broad test reviews for broad tests and quizzes. Majority of grades come from exams and quizzes. Grade recovered via online exams and whatever curve he must of provided. IT and EE also offer this class, take it with one of them instead, the lecture will transfer to EET.

Prepare to teach yourself. Going to class was pretty much pointless. He assigned lots of homework, but if the class spoke to him as a whole he would move the due date. This was the case several times. Exams were difficult. He uploaded practice exam before the exam. Questions were similar in some aspects, but don't expect the same questions on exam.

Asgill is really laid back, and teaches a pretty easy class. His communication skills are poor, and he leaves his students to teach themselves the material, but in an introductory class, nothing can't be found with a quick google search. If this class was hard for you, change your major.

a very horrible professor. overall grade is based upon 2 test a final, and about 8 homework assignments. he offers no help in lab, however the lab assistants make up for it. i made a D in his class.

This guy is the worst teacher I have ever had. Truthfully speaking, He opens the lab, he then leaves. Whle other professors will explain the situation(same class)--he wont. He expects you to figure everything out yourself. He leaves u in the dark!

Dr. Asgill is a nice guy, but he can't or won't teach. He expects students to learn the material on their own, and if you have any questions, you can ask him. Why am I paying tuition for this type of education when I could have just bought the book?
