His humor is very dry and that may be a turn off for some people but his nerdiness and overall excitement for his subject will definitely make up for any distaste for his humor. Although the lectures can be a little hard to follow in notes he has study guides to look at before tests which are super helpful. Definitely a very fair class.

Comment:

Professor Lamberts is super informed about Aquatic Ecology and totally geeks out about the subject. This means he kind of expects you to geek out equally which can be hard if you really aren't that interested in zooplankton or nutrient cycling. If you want to pursue a career in any sort of environmental field I highly recommend taking this course.

Fungal Diversity didn't seem like it would be fun when I signed up for it, but I'm glad I took it. I learned a ton.Dr. Lamberts is a really great guy.The class was interesting and I could honestly say his tests were the fairest I've had out of any in the biology department.

Lambets is pretty much the man. This guy is a wealth of knowledge and an excellent teacher. If you are a fan of dry humor it'll be hard to hold a straight face in class because he used so much humor in his lectures. I didn't have the slightest interest in taking his class, but he made it a lot of fun and I am glad that took it.

Lamberts is pretty much amazing! The last two classes he all but directly told us what the essay questions will be on the next test. He uses pictures to teach, so he is great for anyone who prefers visual learning. Very clear in what he wants students to learn He's a fun guy, and uses humor which is great in the morning, even if you dont laug
