Hes probably one of my favorite professors. Hes super hilarious and he makes it so easy to listen to the lectures! The essays are pretty easy and the exams are as well if you pay attention during lectures and reviews.

Comment:

Dr. Rucker is one of the best teachers I have ever had. This is my fourth semester with him, and he makes parts of history I don't particularly like very interesting. As long as you record the exam reviews and take notes on them, you will pass. He wants his students to succeed in his classes and is very passionate about what he teaches.

Comment:

It's easy to pay attention/learn when your professor loves teaching. This was my second class w/him and I've passed with an A both times. 3 tests, 1 paper the whole semester. Short answer test; 10 terms from a list of 20 & he goes over EVERY term the day before the test. You'd have to try to fail any of his classes. Don't buy the textbook!

Professor Rucker was very funny and made the lectures more fun. There were times where it got boring, but overall I enjoyed the class. This class was not very hard, if you listen, then you will pass.

Dr. Rucker is the best! This was my 3rd time taking him, and it's the same as usual. We had 3 essay-styled tests and that's it, the rest of the semester is him telling hilarious stories and lectures. We also watched a few movies. Great guy and great class.

The best professor I have ever had. His love for history shines through his teaching. Very easy to achieve an A in this class. He is absolutely hilarious so it will be a fun semester for you!

Dr. Rucker is awesome. He makes history interesting and he puts it in a way that is easy to understand. He doesn't spew dates at you. He tells you what happened and he's hilarious. The first day of class he told us that if we are late we have to bring donuts, specifically Krispy Kreme with chocolate frosting. He's the best professor.

I absolutely LOVED Dr. Rucker. He is the BEST professor I have had at PSC. The lectures are hilarious, and he always is in such a good mood. I will be taking him again!

Super Awesome and Funny! Basically lectures as if he's telling a story. There's really no work but make sure to take notes during lectures. His test are short answer but super easy if you take notes during lecture and at review . He does require a few papers but they are 2 page and easy as well. My favorite class this semester!

Dr. Rucker was amazing! His class is super easy & very interesting. I loved his lectures, and he tells lots of hilarious stories and info during them. 3 essays and 3 tests, and the final exam is not cumulative. For tests - he gives you 20 terms with their information, then you pick 10 and write a paragraph about each. Easily my favorite class!

Mr. Rucker is an awesome, and intelligent professor. He's also hilarious, but at points the humor got to be a little much. There is no power point so I strongly suggest recording his lectures, if not every class then definitely on review day. Class after the test is super chill and he does "bloopers" from the tests which are absolutley hilarious!

He is fun to be around! He gets a little excited when he tells stories, but he only meowed once, so i guess he is okay. I highly recommend to take this professor!
