This man had a serious negative impact on me as a political science student. It's a shame because he seems to know his stuff, but he needs an attitude adjustment. Do not expect a good grade- he gives them arbitrarily.

I had Bruce Berg as my New York City Politics lecturer in the Summer of 07 at Lincoln Center. He was a really cool dude, really knew the subject material, and is a great lecturer. I learned a lot. Exams are moderately easy as long as you pay attention during lectures and so the reading. Recommended!

I took this class at 8:30A.M., thus you know he is a good, interesting professor when he's keeping you awake. The hw is a ridculosu workload and for the final you had to know 80 cases, but if you work hard you will do well.

Intelligent, interesting professor with informative lectures, but for the love of God do not take his class during the summer unless you have no job and no other clases. Reading was at least 300pgs a week of political theory. Take during the school year.
