There was lot of small group discussions that weren't bad. The homework assignments aren't hard, and for the long essays you get to do rewrites. As long as you show up and do the work it is not a difficult class. The topics are intense, but very eye opening.

Comment:

Envr Ethics with C Wright was a great class. I learned a lot but was extremely demanding. 1 page of written work due every class period and several longer papers were very difficult. Wright is a hard grader but you learn more than normal in a class. Go to class! Dont write from your notes for papers. Take him if you can, very good prof!Knows it!

theres a lot of homework and it seems to be a bit much at times, but he's a really smart guy who definitely knows his stuff. he's really just and fair and doesnt believe in unnecessary tests and quizzes and such. the work load is a little more than other classes, but i learned a lot from this class, from both readings and discussion

Professor Wright is one of my favorite professors thus far in college. Even though he is a very tough grader, he allows a rewrite on one essay. He's very objective, and allows open consultation. Wright doesn't test students, and mentions it's not realistic in a real work setting. Wright truly cares about student success, and teaches realistically.

His environmental ethics class was not difficult. If not for it being a 8 am class, it would have been among my favorites. Frank gives the class good direction, and is well prepared. He is kind of anal about some things and attendance is very important. He was very objective about the course material and didn't show any bias, which I appreciate

smart guy, but chuck needs some work on facilitating discussion. He is way to argumentative and supports his own philosophies without listening to others. After debating with him once in class, he yelled, "this is going no where, someone else talk." That is not helpful and is not professional.
