This professor is humble yet incredibly knowledgeable. You would have to be crazy not to take his class. By far the best professor i have encountered in undergrad. Enjoy his class, and dont' stress out. Be respectful, and if you listen he will make your investment worthwhile.

Dr. Pfeifer makes a tough course make sence. He only teaches what he expects you to know, the notes in class. There were about 4 figures in the book he wanted you to know outside of class, but other than that i recomment him over any other teacher. Great professor

The class itself is very rigorous and you need to study A LOT. But Dr. Pfeiffer writes everything down on the board which is great because his tests are off his notes he gives you. He doesn't speed ahead like a lot of other professors do and is always willing to explain or talk something over without getting upset.

Best lecturer I've ever had! Makes it so easy to understand, constantly reviews what he's already covered throughout each lecture, and speaks at a relaxed and perfect pace for note-taking. Doesn't use powerpoint so attendance is a must but if you show up you'll do great

I have mad love for this guy!! He is so invested in helping his students succeed. I came to class, took notes, and never even opened that $200 paperweight called a textbook! I made an A. A MUST take for A&P!!!

The other comments presented pretty much sum up this teacher. He has an excellent teaching style that has clearly been developed from lots of experience. For such a large subject this teacher really makes it easy to learn. I never cracked book in this class and did very well. take pfeiffer if you get the chance.

He tests on his lecture notes only which is a plus. Since you won't have a giant stack of power point lectures to deal with for the cumulative final. Go to class you don't want to miss any material he will test on. I didn't really use the book that much except to understand some material that is difficult. There is minimal amount of book use.

He is the best science teach I have ever had!He gives great notes and explains everything so that it is crystal clear. Unfotunately the lab section of this class is the most poorly taught, unorganized class ever, because Pfieffer made the lecture awesome! Attend class, find a friend to give you notes if you don't make it one day&use the diagrams.
