One of my least favorite professors. Class is based around picking on students and telling inappropriate jokes. Grades papers subjectively and attendance is graded and mandatory. Avoid professor at all costs.

He's an interesting guy- unorthodox for sure. Don't really know how to rate this class- I'm sure it hasn't helped me to be a better entrepreneur, but then, what university class will? As an entrepreneur, you have to take your lumps and learn from your mistakes. He does care about his students and is always there to help- I like that about him.

This class changed my perspective on college and life. I got an A but the greatest reward was hearing an amazing man speak, story tell, lend advice, joke twice a week. It was a complete pleasure to be in his class. If only all teachers could be like this man. Do everything you can to get in his class.

A great guy with a heart of gold. Really cares about his students and has a real passion to pass on what he knows. If you have any interest in starting your own company one day, Entrepreneurship is the class for you.

By far the best/most inspirational professor I have ever had. I do not care what grade I get in the class because I feel like I learned so much that I can apply to the real world. He is a most wonderful man and I hope you get a chance to take him before he retires! He is such an asset to LMU's business program!

Mandatory attendance. Go to his speakers. One 15-25 page paper about your life. 3 tests. Tests mostly on his lectures, so write notes on everything he says. Lectures mainly inspirational stuff about how much he wants us to succed in life. Easy class. Nice guy who makes fun of people all the time. He truly cares about his students. Take him.

Tests are really ambiguous and based primarily off notes (it's hard to know what to study for). Results are based on curves. He is what everyone else says though - the most caring/passionate/unique/interesting professor I will ever have. I'm not kissing @$$ here, but he really is that great. A few occasions he got teary eyed in class.

class is made up of THREE exams, ONE 12-20pg paper on your life (its easy, no research needed) and a few other small things like going to speakers. The class is really interesting, he cares about students a lot. He is head of entrepreneurship in grad so if thats ur path u should get to know him. I have a B- in the class and dont care cuz he's good

Dude,"Grandpa Fred" is the most inspirational teacher; talk about a guy who truly cares about his students. warning, tho: TAKE NOTES!!!Pretty much don't bother relying on the book;its assigned I think just to satisfy teaching requirements. His tests are hard b/c questions can be ambiguous. Also, "GO SOAR" means Go Sit On A Rock-I got that one wrong.

It will be one of the most unique classes you ever take and one of the strangest professors you ever have. I recommend him for the experience alone. I've spent the entire semester trying to figure out if he is crazy or genius.

Inspiring, unorthodox, compassionate, genuine, just overall, a great person to learn about management and life from. The self assesment paper alone is worth the class. Take this class but beware, he is far from orthodox!

He is very helpful and makes the class interesting. He relates the topics to his many personal and professional experiences, not text book. Ensures attendance by cracking jokes that he will later use in tests.
