If you have Dr. Hayhoe for TCO 141, you need to work for your grade. If you do what he says, you should be fine. The main reason that people struggle in TCO is that people don't read the textbook carefully. Otherwise, they wouldn't bomb his reading quizzes, which he does announces. He does penalize harshly for grammar errors in written assignment

Unlike some of the other postings, I really liked Dr. Hayhoe's teaching style. He shared his experiences - both good and bad - with the class and we learned much from him. With Dr. hayhoe, you get back what you put in. Extremely knowlegeable in his field. Learn from this man!
