Proffesor wirshing is by far the best english teacher in MIAMI, she is passionate about her work, she is nice and helpful, she will seat down with you and help you write your essays. I had her for 1101 and 1102, passed with A's.

She is so kind and cares about her students and to teach them. grades and perfection are not so important to her. Super EASY class but don't be late because it bothers her a lot. At firs it seem like boring but it will get better. i recommend her

the most awesomest and most funnest professor ever! I love this teacher's class and she is the type of teacher i want to become :d She has an amazing lecture, her assignments are fun, and she talks a lot about literaute, art, and etc. If you want to have a fun time in college and a great time in english, GET THIS TEACHER! One of the greatest teachers I have ever had in my life! She is funny and LOVES her job as an english professor. She also loves acting so the class is a blast. You do LEARN a lot, but you also have some essays but that's it! Take her!!! :)

This prof loves her job and loves teaching. She gets really into the class and the stories. She is fascinated by everything. Just show interest in the class and you will do fine. She assigns essays and allows you to fix them once graded for extra points. An 8 page presentation and an oral presentation is required. Essay class Take it but be on time

Absolutely recommend her! She is a great teacher, knowledgeable about many things. She lectures the whole class and while it may seem boring, at the end it all makes sense. She is very helpful and understanding under the right circumstances. Attendance is mandatory and being on time is mandatory. Take her for ENC 1102!

an amazing teacher. im not a good writter and i got all A's on my papers she is the best. if u really want to pass then take it with her u wont regret it. she may seem over d top but its for the better. we cried on the last day of class. she is truely amazing.BUT RESEARCH PAPER IS A MUST!! even if u have all As at d end without it u drop 2 a C.

I took Professor Wirshing's class for ENC1101 and I decided to take her again in ENC1102. She goes out of her way to be really helpful in the essays. Only requirement is a 8 page research paper due at the end of the term. Overall, I enjoy her lectures and the class interaction. I think she'll be back next semester.
