Jayne is the best professor you can have in the nutrition department at CSBSJU. She genuinely cares for her students and their overall success. I have a very strong appreciation and respect for her. The classes you take with her are challenging, but she is more than willing to help you in any way possible.

Best teacher EVER. Head of Nutrition department and actually CARES about her students. Don't let her shy and quiet appearance fool you, she's got a brain the size of Rhode Island. Time flies in her lectures, they are just that good.

Jayne is a wonderful lady. Definitely one of the best teachers I've ever had. Lectures are always interesting and she has the best sense of humor--sarcasm. She's always willing to help if you need it. Tests aren't bad at all; you will do just fine if you just study lecture notes.
