He was an amazing professor. He required a lot from the students but he was also extremely helpful. He is a semi strict grader, but it is to better improve our grammar. He was very funny and also cared a lot about his students. He was always willing to help.

Gabriele is amazing. He is incredibly dynamic and makes everyone laugh the whole time. However, he has high standards. The structure of his class is clear and organized. You will learn. You will Laugh! You will be a little scared sometimes- but like it. Take his class.

Best thing this Spanish department has going for it, hands down. He'll push you and you'll hate him for it at first but he's done more for me in one semester than every professor I've ever had, put together. Truly a remarkable man.
