Professor Boedecker is a solid choice for Bus. Law. Can be a bit boring at times but his personal experience in the field of totally makes up for it. Lectures and material are clearly laid out so if you want and A, you know exactly what you have to do. I wouldn't hesitate taking him again if I had to. Recommend!

He is very clear in his lectures. The class is not too demanding and the tests are pretty straight forward if you come to class and do all the readings. It is not an easy A but you will get an A if you do all the readings and understand all the lectures.

Boedecker is a really good at introducing complex legal concepts in a painless way. He assigns a lot of colorful real life case briefs as reading which keeps the course from getting stale. He is a tough but fair grader. To do well take careful notes (don't paraphrase), do all the reading, & don't miss too many classes.

His class is all interactive lecture. Tests are somewhat easy if you pay attention and know what you are talking about. His test is essay form in which you need to explain "how to get to the process" (as he says). If you take him, you will understand. But he is good at what he does! I actually enjoyed his class. Take him!

Very good professor. Organizes material in a good way. He has lots of experience working as a lawyer and can relate things in text to actual experiences which make things fun. Lets you have notes when taking the test and the test is not very hard. Take good notes in class, read the book and you will get an A

I really enjoyed his class. He is very nice and very helpful, no matter how ridiculous the question (those of you who were in the Fall 2008 class at 11:35 know what I mean...)Only bad thing is his tests are kind of vague and he is a tough grader.
