Great prof, this class was too much work for 4 credits. I get its mandatory but c'mon... this class workload was so much not to mention the guest speaker sessions were outrageous. Making how many kids stay on a Friday afternoon... doesn't appeal to many. La Salle Business School was on something when they created this course.

Comment:

Dr. Wentzel is very caring and fairly lenient on most things. There is a lot of homework and if you stay on top of it you should be fine. She's approachable, accessible, and transparent. This was my first business class at La Salle, she made it go smoothly. Not to mention she's an alum. I enjoyed her class and would recommend.

The class in general is a terrible class, even as an Accounting major. Lots of hw and hard tests on the hw. Dr. Wentzel does her best to make the class interesting. Overall, if you attend the class and do the homework you should pass the tests.

This cost class is very hard. She gives you homework to "challenge you," which would be ok, if she taught that material in class. She grades the homework for completion, but it's hard to complete when you have no clue what to do. The answers are never on canvas, so make sure you write them down in class. Very tough grader, I would avoid.

Heard good things about her before taking her cost class, unfortunately, I was very disappointed. Must do good on tests. Hard to do the HW problems without solutions on canvas. "I can't figure out to copy and past them on Canvas" is her excuse for not posting them. Talks very quick in class and just goes over HW quick as if everyone knows it.

She's a great teacher. She goes through everything clearly and opens the opportunity to email if you have any questions. She gives homework every night. She doesn't grade it, but it absolutely helps you understand the work. And she's hilarious!

One of the greatest teachers at La Salle, she helped me out so much. Her assignments are easy and her tests are in the middle of sorta easy and hard, you really need to do the homework to do well on test and quizzes. She will always help you if you need the help.

She was the best teacher I had for my freshman year. She was so clear, helpful, and really knows how to teach. She talks about her kids alot but it always somehow relates to class and shes a Phillies Fan! She always fair and her tests are easy if you study the material and look over the quizzes she gives which are a huge help
