Prof. Baas is professional, clear, intelligent, and charismatic. He is also retiring, but if he ever offers any seminars, instruction, or lectures and you are in the area, I definitely recommend this professor.

I had Baas for ConLaw 1&2 as well as judicial process, i can honestly say he is the best professor i have had while at college. If you show up and take notes over what he says you can get an A if you study the lectures. His JPross class though had a lot of information and was never really clear what would we would be tested on

If you are a Bachelor of Arts student who is awful in math take Baa's Research Methods in Political Science over the summer. You get your quantitative analysis credits without too much math. Never met him in person, but he seemed nice over the computer.

His tests are hard; if he doesn't like you though he is still pretty fair. But, if he does like you, he goes out of his way to help you get an A in his class. Overall he is just a clown, always cracking jokes. Don't be fooled by that though, he has high expectations when it comes to exams and papers.
