Comment:

There's three papers to write for this class and while that itself isnt very difficult, Dr Nunn is really bad at responding to emails. He will give out his number and tell you to call with questions but he never answers the phone or responds to voicemails. His class is just frustrating because you never really know what your grade is.

I was worried at the beginning of the semester when I found out we only had 3 big papers to write, however if you send him a rough draft ahead of time he will tell you exactly what you need to fix and add in to get an A. I would recommend him if you need to take this class.

Best teacher I have had at USI. Great lecturer, he goes off topic sometimes, but most of his stories actually pertain to the class. We had no homework at all, essay tests, and a court observation project. I got a perfect score on every test, but several people had trouble writing enough to fill the page requirment.

This class is not easy but if you study hard and read the book and go to class every day the tests should be fine. Very helpful and interesting instructure. His stories pertain to the classs. One of the best teachers at USI if you are willing to work

Very nice person, not the greatest instructor though. Essay tests and a 6 page SINGE SPACED paper. If you are looking to put the time and effort into his class you will get an A, but if not you are best looking elsewhere.

I beleive his name is Leslie Nunn. If I were you I'd take another professor. Yes he has great stories during class, but there rarely of relevence to the test. I once got out of class really late, because he would not stop telling a story. There is a 6 page, single spaced paper, which isn't bad but other teachers only require a one few paragraphs)

If you understand what he is looking for, you can get a grade. I liked going to class just hear him to talk about his life. I did not even buy the book and got a B in the class. I did take a lot of notes and looked up everything he talked about online which did require a fair amount of studying.

HIS TEST ARE IMPOSSIBLE. Expects way to much for a person who isnt majoring in Law. This teacher has no concept of teaching at all. Everything you need to know is from the book tells you nothing in class execpt stories to show off. Gives the Vibe of a nice old man, but dont be tricked. Stay Away. Boring! The only reason he makes you come to class is so he can make you listen to his boring life stories. It would just be easier if he wrote an autobiography and made you read that for the class along with the required text which not once does he ever use except come test day. Then he expects you to write word for what the book says. DONT TAKE!!

Dr. Nunn is a fantastic instructor. It is extremely important you attend class and do the assigned reading. He is not your babysitter. He is a fantastic storyteller, but be sure to pay attention. Those stories are gold!

He is a very interesting guy who has done a lot in his life... and he has no qualms telling you about it. Tells a lot of stories loosely related to topics, test material can be unclear. Requires 4 hours of court observation. Generally a very hard course which requires much in the way of studying.

This man is SO interesting!! He has such great stories, and you have to learn from them!! SO LISTEN CLOSE!! His test are ALL essay, so you have to study. There is a 6 page single spaced paper..yes single spaced..that you have to write. It sounds hard but it's EASY! Take this man if you can!! I loved his class!

Professor Nunn is a very amazing man! He has done about anything you can think of! Tells great stories in class that relate to the topics he teaches. He has essay test, but he is very willing to help if you dont understand. He really cares about his students and is a great. I would take him again if I had the chance!! :)

Nunn is probably the most interesting person I have ever met. He's done everything, and since he has done everything, he teaches by example. It's a different teaching method, but combined with reading the book, it works. If you are having trouble, he will help you greatly and make sure you do well in the class. All his tests are essay.
