This professor was by far the absolute worst I've ever had. Beware if you take her class, be prepared to read and write A LOT. Tons of essays and tons of papers, including a group power point that you're forced to meet up with outside of the school to work on.

This was a tough class. Dont except to get help unless you ask for it and then shell keep repeating the same thing over and over. She graded papers very tough and she was very difficult to follow. Very difficult teacher.

Lack of feedback on assignments unless specifically asked for it and a ridiculous amount of homework than previous English courses. I felt as though I was just trying to finish the assignments as quickly as possible so I could move onto the next one, rather than learning.

This is the worst professor I have ever had. The grading is just ridiculous and unfair. Everything was extremely unorganized and expectations for assignments are never explained well. I feel as though I learned nothing from this course. I do not recommend this professor for any class.

she is a firm believer in the statement "there is always room for improvment." if you submit an assigment you can be sure that there are at least 1 or 2 things you will get marked down for, even if you looked over your writing a hundred times. Very strict, but fair grading. if you can pass this class with an A, you are the 1%

She and her lectures are clearly a bit off, but just persevere, learn what she expects of you (i.e. write about topics she personally finds interesting) and the class will be an easy A. Don't expect to have any fun, though - it became increasingly apparent throughout the semester that she hates her job, and students suffer for it.

I feel like the only thing I learned in this class was how to write an essay that she liked. It was writing and reading extensive - which was fine, but I learned very little about literaturecomposition as a whole. Rather, I learned that she likes snazzy titles and puns, and including those will definitely up your score.

Nice teacher. I thought her class was one of the hardest at the college. I thought her grading was tough, but not out of line with what I would expect at this level. Some students had issues with thinking they were still in high school and should get an A just for showing up.
