Comment:

Incredible teacher and incredible class! Dr. McMonigle not only teaches you a lot about the study of psychology but just life in general. I found myself applying what I learned in her PSY 155 class to everyday situations. No writing or out of class assignments--all grades come from her tests which are exactly like the study guide!

McMonigle is is a very sweet lady. She brought in food on many occasions. She wants you to succeed in the class, and you will as long as you study for the exams.

MEM is amazing and will do everything in her power for you to pass the class. Study your notes and read the textbook and youll past the tests. I got 100s on every single test, because she prepares you and only tests you on info she taught.

Dr. McMonigle is Great. She is one of the best professors I've had at La Salle. She wants you to do well and understand the material, so expect to outline each assigned chapter to be turned in. If you study and do your outlines, there is no way you can fail her class. Midterms and finals are not hard. The class itself was rather interesting.

Intro to Psy, really interesting and little to no textbook use if I am remembering correctly. Developmental, textbook is a must have, very good class. She is a long lecturer but, is very interesting and keeps you engaged. She is very kind and respectful. Would recommend her for any psych class she teaches. -Jr. Psy Major

I personally love McMonigle but hated her class. I found her constantly rambling on and repeating herself. When it came to test time, I had to sit and teach myself from the textbook. Class is a constant flow of her lecturing and watching videos. She wants you to do well but doesn't actually help you accomplish that

Basically a modern day saint and wonderful person. Her kindness motivates you to do well in the class. She takes the time to explain concepts thoroughly and gives a wide range of examples. If you take intro to psych and don't plan to pursue psychology any further, concepts are basic enough that internet resources can replace the $200 textbook

The best teacher I've had thus far. She genuinely cares about her students. . You have to outline chapters assigned and Her mid term and final are not too hard if you pay attention and attend class. She is wiling to help you if you have any issues. You have one child study paper due at the end of the semester. No electronics in her class!

This is the most amazing professor i have ever had , she is the most nicest, coolest, help fullest professor ever. I had went through some personally things and she helped me not only academically but personally as well. I really appreciate her as a person and a professor

She is the nicest women, she is very clear on material, and generally cares about her students. Her tests were easy, but you do have to study. She gives a general study guide for each exam. You do not have a final, only a midterm. Attendance is mandatory, and her lecture class is kinda boring, but not terrible. I strongly recommend taking her class

She has a weird sense of humor but thinks she is funny so just laugh to make her smile. She is very inspired by her students and wants everyone to succeed

She is amazing! I hsd her this semester and am taking her again next semester. She talks on and on but the things she says are interesting. She is a sweetheart and explains everything. We watched a ton of youtube vidoes and if you jshow her respect she will respect you back and your grade will reflect. I seriously recomend her.

One of my favorite teachers at LaSalle! Very helpful, and always willing to help. Watch alot of videos and movies! I recommend to come to class because you never know when you may miss notes. Multiple choice test, and 3 essay questions on test. Gives study guides for every test to help you prepare! Take her class!!

Great teacher! Multiple choice test and 3 essay questions but provides a study guide and tells you whats on the test. We watched videos A LOT in her class, she sometimes gets off topic. She is very helpful, and fair with grading. If you study and read the textbooks pgs she tells you, you will get an A. Extra credit is also avaible. Intelligent lady

Dr. McMonigle is such a sweetheart. She is a very intelligent woman yet as the same very modest. She gave out treats and is always willing to help. Her exams require studying like all courses do. The textbook wasn't used a lot. She allowed the students to have their space and speak whenever they are comfortable. Don't chatter or sleep in her class.
