Nicest and kindest professor out there. You could not ask for a better professor, trust me. When I was having trouble with the course, she came and spoke to me to ask what the problems were and helped me to get back on track. You have to take notes to do well on quizzes and exams, but she structures the notes so easily it's not a huge chore.

Actual most caring prof i have had.. if you pay attention and take your notes you will get a good grade. notes are clear and doesnt have you write down things you dont need to actually know.. sets you up perfectly for exams and explains content in interesting way!! Wish all my professors were as organized and diligent as her!

Class expectations were fair & earning an A was attainable w thorough preparation. I was disappointed she was not more considerate/clear when Pres Obama came. Sent out an email a few days before he came stating class attendance was required. So the maj. of students showed up for class only to learn other students were excused to see the President.

This is the best professor I have ever had. I work 40 hours a week to help pay for my schooling and didnt have time to study for a test we had. She noticed my score and set up a meeting with me to give me tips and help for the next test. I reviewed at 95 on the next one. She is incredibly kind and just wants her students to be/do the best.

Professor Najafizadeh is the kindest professor I've had at KU. She goes the extra mile to make sure all of her students succeed. Her lectures, quizzes, and exams are clear and straightforward. She makes material that could be difficult if taught by other instructors easy and fun to learn. I would recommend this class to everyone!

One of the best teachers I have ever had in my entire life!! If you have to take this class, take it with her!! She called one of the students in my class just because his dog died and she wanted to offer her condolences! Amazing and kind woman!

This teacher is by far the best teacher I have had in college. She is so enthusiastic and passionate about theory. It isn't the easiest class, but theory isn't really easy for anyone. I'd take another class with her in a heartbeat. Loved her!

She writes everything on the board. No powerpoints, no visuals. Just white board. The class is not outrageously hard, however, you will start counting down the minutes until class is over.

I have taken two classes with Prof. Najafizedeh now, and I don't think I'll ever have a better teacher. She is remarkable at lecturing, always helpful with questions, encourages class participation, and on top of all that she is a sweet lady. Please, take either 130 or 500 with her!

I loved this professor so much!!! She is such a great teacher! She writes all of her notes on the board so you can copy them down. As long as you study for her tests you will do great!

This is a very easy class-attendence is essentially required but if you attend then you don't need to do any of the readings for the test. Since test make up the entire grade and she pretty much says what is on the test, this is a very easy A. That said, the class is occasionally interesting but often so watered down that it is often not.

If you like discussion, this is not the class for you. That being said, she is very honest about what she expects and the tests have no surprises. Be forewarned, if you miss class you have to ask another student for notes. Overall I liked her and I would recommend her, but her class is not very interesting.

She is very understanding of her students when it comes to conflicts. She makes sure that everyone understands the material and goes at a VERY good pace. If you go to class, you would do very well. Class and lecture are pretty interesting. She is by far one of my favorite professors. I definitely recommend taking one of her classes! She is great.

Absolutely one of the best teachers I have ever had! She really tries to help students do well and will repeat things until everyone understands. She's very laid-back about following due dates on the syllabus and will reschedule tests as needed. Theory was so interesting with her amazing teaching style! She is very knowledgeable and kind.

This class is really easy and interesting enough. Take notes during class and skim the reading, and you can easily get an A. There are 3 exams and 6 quizzes. She tells you exactly what to expect on them, and if you need help she is very approachable and helpful.

Avoid this professor! She thinks extremely highly of herself and assumes you do too. She didn't even come close to making it through her own outline for what we'd cover in class and it was a big waste of time, I didn't lean anything relevant

This class is very straightforward: take notes during lecture, read the book, and study for quizzes and tests. There are no surprises, so you're in complete control of the grade you get. She offers a lot of help for anyone who needs it out of class. Exactly what I would expect from a 100-level course.

Prof. N. is not at all an effective teacher. Her notes/lectures are frightfully meaningless. Not to sound bitter, but she definitely plays favorites in the class. Also, her very large ego is quite unprofessional and immature and got in the way of my learning in her class. I strongly suggest avoiding her as a teacher.
