Dr. Mike is the best professor I have had thus far in my two years of college. He has quizzes, about one a week. We had 11 quizzes in one semester. His tests are straight forward. Very respectable professor, I would take him again if I could. Very easy to get an A in his stats class if you put in the time and listen in class.

Dr. Gass is great. He makes the class just the right amount of challenging so you're not bored but not too hard so that you feel like you're lost all the time. If you do the homework and ask questions, you'll be fine. The tests tend to take exact questions from the homework. Also super interesting class-more of the thought processes behind math.

Dr. Gass is SUCH a nice guy. I would take this class again in a heartbeat. Stats is a tough subject, but he definitely knows how to teach it well. He is obviously extremely knowlegable, but he is patient at the same time. Quizzes and tests aren't too hard, do the optional homework and you'll get an A. 10/10 would recommend

Dr. Mike is a great guy and very helpful. Always makes sure students understand before moving on, and really great to go and talk to for questions. Homework and examples are very helpful for quizzes and exams. He doesn't try and trick you and tests on what you know. Would definitely take him again- really cares about his students and how they do!

Dr. Gass is an awesome guy. I would take him again in a heartbeat. He will help you with any problems you have and is super helpful in his office hours. Fantastic prof who will make you work but is better than almost all other Math profs at CSBSJU.

Coming into the class I thought it was going to be dreadful, but Dr. Gass is funny, makes class fun, and makes it fly by! When teaching he'll introduce the concept, show you how to do it, then will do an example or two on the board. Super easy to pick up on. Ask questions, do the homework, study for quizzes and tests, and you will get an A.

I really like Dr. Mike. He is really clear and he is always willing to help. Don't fall into the optional homework trap. Tell yourself its mandatory and do it. His quizzes are easy if you review the homework problems from the sections the quiz is on. same for the tests. He makes really funny comments if you listen closely. Such a gem of a teacher.

Absolutely my favorite professor I have had in my time at CSB-SJU. Dr. Gass is incredibly genuine, funny, organized, understanding, relaxed, and approachable. Even if you hate the subject, you will love the man. Take him for sure.

He is a super nice guy. Has quizzes about once a week that are fairly hard, expect about 6-8/10 on them. Tests are difficult as well, only 3 though. Doesnt grade homework, and doesnt expect u to turn it in, its just practice. Good prof, hard class.

This class is easy--if you've taken stats before. I took this class because everyone said it was easy. It was easy until we got about halfway through the semester when I started failing all my tests even though I thought I understood what I was doing. I spent all my spare time in the math help center and still only managed to get a C.
